Volunteers
The Value of Volunteers
The quality and quantity of programs SASC is able to offer is directly connected to our volunteers. Every week volunteers give their time for Meals on Wheels, to lead various groups, serve members via the Bread Program, call Bingo, and other special projects at SASC. Volunteers average about 200 hours of their time each month, 2,349 hours in the 2016-2017 Fiscal Year.
